Estate-bottled at our spiritual home in Milawa, the Estate Chardonnay is textural and elegant with bright fruit flavours and a lingering finish.

Enjoy this Chardonnay with pan-fried chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, or a mild, soft rind cheese like brie or camembert.
50% was fermented and aged for nine months in French oak, of which 14% was new.
