Old-world architecture and the iconic landscapes of Bordeaux’s Left Bank were the inspirations that led to Brown Brothers Classic Series Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep crimson in colour with a bright intensity of flavour and fine, savoury tannins make this wine a perfect choice for hearty roasts or aged cheddars.
This elegant red wine makes a delicious partner to a wide variety of meat dishes, like an eye fillet of beef with roasted vegetables. Finish the meal with aged cheddar or a chunk of Parmesan.
Different parcels of the wine spent 17 months in French oak barriques of which 8% was new.
