Classic Pinot Noir
Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
The Brown Brothers Classic Pinot Noir is grown in cool climate sites in Victoria including the King Valley. It is brightly coloured with youthful purple tones and has a strongly lifted perfume of red berry and cherry fruit aromas. The wine displays a richly textured, sweet-fruit middle palate with soft, ripe tannins and fresh acidity on the finish to provide structure and length, making this a very easy early drinking style.

A versatile food wine, enjoy it with a roasted rack of lamb, well seasoned grilled duck breast or serve it lightly chilled with pan fried tuna.
The fruit was destemmed to fermenters on skins and cold soaked for two days prior to starting the alcoholic fermentation. After a further five days of skin contact the wine was pressed away to a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. After 9 months in barrel the wines were blended together and bottled with an alcohol of 13.0%.
