Classic Fiano
Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Reminiscent of a salty sea breeze with notes of pineapple, passionfruit and lime, this refreshing crisp white wine pairs perfectly with light seafood dishes, creamy pastas, and daydreams of an Italian summer.
Try it with classic southern Italian foods like Neapolitan pizza. Bocconchini with basil and fresh tomatoes. Or lemon and garlic fried sardines with a lightly toasted crusty bread.
The grapes were destemmed and split to release the juice then gently pressed to tank. The fermentation was cool at around 12 degrees to retain as much of the delicate aromas as possible. There was also a small number of older oak barriques used to add complexity.
