In Spain, wine and food are taken seriously and this Spanish varietal will make the perfect match for a wide array of traditional Spanish dishes such as paella and tapas, as well as some classic Australian meals. The Brown & Co. Tempranillo is also a great match with spicy salami pizza topped with capsicum, capers, olives and cheese.
The fruit was destemmed and then cold soaked before receiving fermentation in stainless steel tanks while the Graciano added for flavour was matured in old oak for 12 months. This wine was made with a range of vegan friendly fining agents.
Brown & Co. Tempranillo shows a vibrant purple colour in the glass.
Aromas of red berries and spices on the nose.
The wine is medium-bodied and soft on the palate.
To be enjoyed while young and fresh.
