A little smooth, and a little spirited. Crimson in colour with a lively palate, this Malbec tips its hat to impromptu dinner parties and leaving the dishes for the morning. Crafted by those who are brave enough to blend generations of Brown family winemaking wisdom into something, a little different.
Food Pairings
Perfectly paired with a spicy chorizo paella, homemade pizza, or an aged cheddar served with nut bread.
Following fermentation the wine spent 6 to 10 months in older French oak barriques and puncheons. Vegan-friendly.
