A Little Buttery Chardonnay 2023
Brown & CoMinimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
A little buttery and a little delightful. Refreshing flavours of vibrant stone fruit, balanced oak and a long satisfying finish. A new wave of wine, for a new wave of sippers. Crafted by those who are brave enough to blend generations of family winemaking wisdom into something, a little different.
This stylish Chardonnay would be lovely with a pan fried chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto drizzled in the cooking juices and served with a garden salad. Alternatively it would be a good accompaniment to a mild soft rind cheese such as brie or camembert.
Just over half of this wine was fermented and aged for eight months in French oak, of which a small percentage was new.
