Brown Brothers

Limited Edition Aluminium Premium Prosecco Brut

Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)

A crowd-pleaser for any occasion, the pinnacle of our Prosecco range is our Premium Prosecco Brut; a single vineyard wine that’s vibrant, refreshing, and dry – and made from 100% King Valley fruit. This drier style of Prosecco comes to life with aromas of apple and citrus, and fine, delicate bubbles that fill the palate.

Food Pairings

The Premium Prosecco Brut is perfect with a range of seafood dishes like whitebait with lemon aioli, oysters or crumbed whiting fillets. It is also fantastic with a selection of cheeses like goat cheese and camembert.

After primary fermentation the wine was then fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres and bottled to retain the bubbles.

Limited Edition Aluminium Prosecco Brut

"Was excited and looking forward to experiencing this product in its premium new concept packaging. Unfortunately the prosecco lacked the Perl age and bead and had no bubbly foaming head; taste was lacking also. Disappointingly, It did not compare to the enjoyment of the traditional glass 750 Premium Brut."

Prosecco surprise.

"On opening my first bottle of Prosecco Premium Brut, I was a little disappointed with my first taste. There was a slightly bitter taste, very hard to describe. My first thoughts were the unusual taste was from the aluminium bottle. A little ice in the glass made a big difference! Since then, I have opened my second bottle, and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it tasted!! Who knows, by the time I get to the sixth bottle I may have placed more orders."

Fantastic

"Love the crispness of this bubbly but also love the aluminium bottles. They keep contents icy cold and resealable should you only want a glass. Also keeps bubbles and freshness . Shame only a limited edition"

Too bitter

"A different prosecco style to that presented in the glass bottle variety. It's just too bitter."

excellent

"I loved the style of bottle! Keeps bubbles extremely well after opening. Left 1/2 a bottle in fridge, still had lots of bubbles after a week. Cools extremely quickly! Hope you keep making aluminum bottles."
