Origins Series Chardonnay
Brown BrothersMinimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
Elegant high couture and cosmopolitan cityscapes were the inspirations that led to Brown Brothers Origins Series Chardonnay. A stylish white wine that’s crisp and refreshing with flavours of vibrant stone fruit, balanced oak, and a long, satisfying finish.
This vibrant and refreshing Chardonnay drinks well with pan-fried chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto. Alternatively it would be a good accompaniment to a mild soft rind cheese such as brie or camembert.
Just over half of this wine was fermented and aged for five months in French oak, of which a small percentage was new.

Growing Conditions | Fruit for this wine was sourced from our Banksdale vineyard located in the King Valley of north east Victoria. It was harvested from late February to early March at a baumé level ranging from 12 to 12.5. |
