Rosé 2024
Innocent BystanderMinimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)
This delightful dry Rosé is made from Pinot Noir grapes. It's fresh and crisp with an abundance of cherry and strawberry flavours.
Pair this exceptional Rosé with a great margarita pizza, tiger prawns accompanied by aioli, or indulge in the delicious combination of brie and quince paste.
Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the renowned Yarra Valley, this delightful Rosé showcases lifted red berry fruits and a perfect balance. The handpicked fruit undergoes 1-2 hours of skin contact, resulting in a beautiful, vibrant colour. A portion of the wine is subjected to barrel fermentation, contributing to its enhanced texture and complexity. Cool free run fermentations are employed to preserve the bright red berry characters.
