Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the renowned King Valley, this delightful Rosé showcases lifted red berry fruits and a perfect balance. The handpicked fruit undergoes 1-2 hours of skin contact, resulting in a beautiful, vibrant colour. A portion of the wine is subjected to barrel fermentation, contributing to its enhanced texture and complexity. Cool free run fermentations are employed to preserve the bright red berry characters.
