Our matriarch Patricia Brown dedicated 60 years of her life to Brown Brothers, and we named our finest range after her bold and generous spirit. This exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Brut is for Patricia – and her kitchen table, around which we gather each morning. Just like our memory to her, this wine is full of life.
The fruit was sourced and handpicked from some of the highest quality vineyards in the King Valley that deliver natural acidity and delicate flavour.
Extended aging on lees has allowed this traditional method sparkling to develop a fine bead and complex characteristics, delivering delicate creamy flavours with an incredibly clean finish.
Patricia would have loved it.
This refined sparkling wine makes the perfect start to a special meal and is delightful with smoked salmon and natural oysters. Alternatively, try it with baked boneless chicken thighs and a lemon oil drizzle.

Huon Hooke, The Real Review • 12/07/2023The colour is light straw-yellow, the bouquet creamy lemon meringue and vanilla, cream-filled iced pastries, a hint of pencil shavings; the palate dry and crisply appetising, mouth-watering, delicate and refined in the mouth with a long carry and very clean dry aftertaste. A really smart sparkling wine. (Cork)

The grapes are gently handled to yield 500 litres of juice per tonne to minimise the impact of the colour and harsher compounds from the grape skins. The secondary fermentation was deliberately extended to produce a fine bead, then given 5 years on lees to provide further complexity. The wine was then disgorged and liqueured, with strict adherence to the ‘Traditional Method’. Vegan-friendly.
