Moscato Zero 2021

Brown Brothers

Minimum order of 1 case or 6 bottles (Mixed or straight)

With lifted aromas of citrus, sherbet, and freshly cut grapes, Brown Brothers Moscato Zero offers an easy drinking and refreshing alternative for sober-curious wine drinkers, or those simply looking to moderate their alcohol intake without compromising on taste.

Tasting Notes

Mildly fizzy and deliciously drinkable, Moscato Zero is still a wine - made with real winemaking techniques. Using spinning cone technology to remove the alcohol, it honours the traditional flavours of our iconic Moscato whilst keeping up with changing tastes and consumer trends.

Food Pairings

Much like our traditional Moscato, Moscato Zero is a refreshing and versatile wine best served with soft cheeses and crunchy baguette, fresh fruit and spicy Asian dishes.

Notes

  • Jeni Port, 2024 Halliday Wine Companion 02/08/2023

"Pressed, cool fermentation which was arrested at 5.5% alc, alcohol removed by spinning cone distillation. A good style to present alcohol-free, retaining its upfront lively, grapey fruitiness. Starts to fall away as it works its way across the palate but, overall, this moscato represents a fair example of the emerging category."

  • 2023 Australian Drinks Awards 10/08/2023

Gaining in popularity award for wine in the Non-alcoholic category

A number of techniques were used in the vineyard and winery to achieve a full palate taste. Using spinning cone technology to remove the alcohol, it honours the traditional flavours of our iconic Moscato whilst keeping up with changing tastes and consumer trends.
